To develop the strategic roadmap tool that will be integral for aligning leaders, mobilizing the workforce, encouraging commitment and ensuring decisions are consistent.

Outcomes

This process has three primary outcomes:

• A broadly-supported strategic road-map and supporting documentation. The map illustrates the primary strategic thrusts that are intended to move the organization towards its vision. Inter-related strategic objectives provide details for each thrust.  
• Stakeholders aligned on a single, clearly defined, view of how they expect the organization to achieve its vision.
• Stakeholder involvement and engagement.

Format

Strategy Clarification & Mapping is a key element of many of our broader planning services. It is also offered in two stand-alone formats - ''Lite' and 'Full'

Strategy Clarification & Mapping 'Lite'
This one day workshop begins with a pre-workshop familiarization interview with the CEO or equivalent leader. The strategy is then clarified and mapped in a workshop.

Strategy Clarification & Mapping 'Full' 
Structured interviews tease out stakeholder insights. These insights form the foundation for a workshop where the stakeholders finalize a draft road-map.
